That was the motivation behind the 4-day getaway to Jamaica that my friends and I planned 2 years ago. We originally chose to travel the weekend of Jamaica’s Independence but due to scheduling conflicts, we moved the trip to the last weekend of August, the 25th – 28th to be exact.
